Welcome to the Mine-Tech, Ultra Gold Processor!

The Ultra Gold Processor is far more than a conventional dry washer. It is a complete, portable screening plant that classifies your material through the use of vibratory screens. The top screen is the grizzly that sorts the larger rocks, but through the strong vibration, also breaks up dirt clods and cleans the oversized rock of smaller particles.

The second screening table is the classifier screens; this sizes your materials from fine to large into three different sizes. This then drops the sized materials onto your riffle table.

Through the use of vibration and lift air supplied by the unique bellows, the lighter materials are lifted over the Hungarian style riffles and exit the machine. The riffles have been designed to allow you to run all day or several days, without down time for cleanup. Yet the riffle table can be removed quickly and easily by pulling one small pin and sliding the riffle tray out of the machine. And then dumped into a 5 gallon bucket. Takes less than a minute.

The Mine-Tech Ultra Gold Processor has been designed to run several yard of materials per day depending upon which model you have. So several people can work as a team, yet it can also be fed by one person, and still performs the same.

The Ultra Gold Processor has been designed with NO external moving parts, like exposed belts, chains, shafts, belts, and crankshafts for your safety.

The Ultra Gold Processor has adjustable legs for comfortable height adjustment, as well as angle adjustment. Due to this machines design, it can be operated at a lower angle, as well as at a lower height. So requires less work to feed it.

The Ultra Gold Processor is powered by a 12 volt DC Motor that can be run by a deep cycle battery (not Included) or directly from your vehicles' battery and has an external on/off switch. Some models are offered with optional 115 volt AC drive motors as well. The model 10 is hand driven and designed for the backpacker.

The Ultra Gold Processor has been designed and built by miners for miners using commercial mining technologies, so that you can achieve high production.

The Ultra Gold Processor will also run damp materials, so you can work when others can’t and you can also work when it is cooler. By opening more of the air inlet holes in the bellows and running the machine with less slope angle the heavier damp material will have more time to breakdown on the screens and the additional air flow will lift the heavier materials over the riffles, as well as partially dry the materials. Re-running your tailings in this situation is also advisable.
